Client is responsible for equipment damages, lost or stolen during the rental period.  The "Rental Period” is defined as the time in which the Client assumes possession of goods or services from Pacific Dream Events until the items are returned. The Client  shall not make any alterations, additions, modifications, or improvements to the rental items. The Client assumes full responsibility of item upon possession and agrees to pay the full replacement cost for lost or damaged items.
